It gives me Great Pleasure to announce the Official Opening of the much anticipated Floating Bath House and Laundry. We hope you enjoy this Fantastic facility complete with New Restrooms, Personal Shower Rooms and Laundromat! It’s just another amenity for the members and guests of Caney Creek Marina.

All the Fixtures are installed (see photos) and the washers and dryers are going in today! All that’s left are the new door locks and the building will be open for use! What a great way to get ready for Spring!

Well after being held up to add more floatation and some really poor weather we are back in action. Here are a few photos. As you can see the tile work is well underway and we are going to set the lavatories by early next week.

Happy New Year! The bath house is well underway. After a couple of weeks down for the Holidays the work has resumed. We just finished the drywall and the backerboard is down in preparation for the floor tile. The sinks, toilets, washers & dryers are on order!

The roof is near finished and the siding is on. Now we’ve started drywall. It won’t be too much longer now!

The Interior walls are up and the shower’s are going in! You can really see the progress now. We’ve also started putting in the duct work for the central Heat & Air!!!
